How to solve the leakage of the filling machine?
1. Check the equipment itself to determine whether the ball valve in the filling machine is damaged or loose. If it is the cause of the internal ball valve, the solution is to replace the internal ball valve.
2. Check whether the syringe assembly is clean. If it is not clean, it can cause blockage between the inner and outer tubes, so the syringe is removed, cleaned, and disinfected and maintained.
3. Check whether other feed nozzles can be used, aged or corroded. If the filling nozzle is damaged, the filling machine will drip during operation and should be replaced as soon as possible.
4. Check whether the O-ring is corroded or worn. If the O-ring is corroded or worn, it can also cause the filler to drip. Therefore, in this case, it is recommended to replace the O-ring.
5. Check the barrel position. Make sure that the oil cylinder is in the middle support position of the oil cylinder, and check whether the piston and the piston rod of the oil cylinder are firm. If it is loose, please lock it. If the fault location of the cylinder changes, you need to reinstall the cylinder and confirm the correct location.
