Using ten independent weighing channels and high-precision load cells, the system automatically checks each capsule’s weight, identifies underweight or overweight products, and removes defective capsules in real time.
Advanced models can achieve weighing accuracy of up to ±0.5 mg and throughput up to 75,000 capsules per hour, making them ideal for large-scale capsule production.
