The 2-Track Rotary Checkweigher for Eye Drop Vials and Bottles is an automated in-line weight inspection system designed for pharmaceutical production lines. It provides continuous and non-contact dynamic weighing of eye drop vials or small bottles to identify products with underweight, overweight, missing contents, or filling inconsistencies.
With a dual-track rotary conveying structure, the system can handle two product lanes simultaneously, helping improve inspection efficiency while maintaining stable product positioning during weighing. Each vial is individually weighed and compared with the preset target weight and tolerance limits.
The Rotary Checkweigher can be integrated with upstream filling and capping equipment and downstream packaging or rejection systems. Products outside the configured weight range can be automatically separated from qualified products, supporting consistent quality control throughout the production process.
The system is suitable for pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory and other applications requiring reliable dynamic weight inspection of small bottles and vials.

1.Before packaged, the machines will be tested strictly to guarantee the stability and high accuracy.
2.After tested, the machines will be wrapped with plastic sheet and carefully packed in wooden cases.
Packing Detail:
1.Each Machine with plastic film package first, then placed in a wooden case, wooden case with a foam filling.
2.We loaded the truck with heavy trucks for loading the cargo to the harbor terminal.At the dock we pack the goods in containers and ship them abroad.
