Vertical Bulk Tablet Metal Detectors are high-sensitivity metal contamination inspection systems specifically designed for the inline detection of loose tablets and similar free-falling products. Installed vertically in the production process, the system allows bulk tablets to pass through the detection chamber by gravity, providing fast and continuous inspection without interrupting product flow.
The Capsule Metal Detector can detect ferrous (Fe), non-ferrous (Non-Fe), and stainless steel (SUS) contaminants that may enter the product during processing or handling. Once metal contamination is detected, a high-speed rejection mechanism automatically separates the contaminated product from the qualified product stream.
